- Cleric Lvl 1
- Druid Lvl 1
- Fighter Lvl 1
- Ranger Lvl 1
- Paladin Lvl 1
- Barbarian Lvl 1
- College of Valour (Bard subclass) Lvl 3
- Moderately Armoured Feat
- Civil Militia racial feat (Human and Half-Elf)

noticed after I took Shield master : Block feat on my rouge that I don't have proficiency with shields and apparently cant get unless I multi class? annoying...

Can you swap from your range weapon to a shield after you made your move for free +AC?
What happens if you don't have proficiency? Will it affect my range rolls because I have it, technically, equipped?

I can wear a shield with my lore bard without penalty. Is this a bug?
