NOTE: Poison AND Toxin weapon coatings cause the "Poisoned" status that triggers this feature. So you can either use Tiger's Bloodlust to get a bleed, or coat your weapons in any toxin and use a more damaging attack to get the Poisoned status onto your target.
To take the most advantage of this, throw a Toxin vial on the floor in camp to create a pool of toxin that sticks around until Long Rest. If you Dip your team's weapons in it, that coating lasts until Long Rest, too (rather than just 10 turns).
Oddly, Drow Poison's debuff counts as "Unconscious" rather than "Poisoned", and thus doesn't trigger this. But you auto-crit Unconscious targets, so it doesn't matter.

This only effects the attack roll accuracy, not the damage. Just let it be known

Now, the question is - does this stack with Tavern Brawler, for a total of 3x modifier on unarmed attacks against the bleeding/poisoned? Barbarian-Monk Tavern Brawler gets even funnier if it works.
How does this interact with a character who already has survival proficiency?
