I'm using a Barbarian with Tiger Heart and Aspect of the Beast: Wolverine, and also a dip into Battle Master Fighter for Trip Attack. Whenever I hit with Tiger's Bloodlust, I manage to get Bleed and Maim on my targets, and then I can knock them Prone with Trip Attack – but on their turn they just get up and use an Action like normal. Am I doing something wrong?
The Markoheskir (Legendary Quarterstaff) has a passive that auto-applies poison with ALL spells you cast, pairs extremely well with this passive. Not to mention you also get a Free Cloudkill and Ray of Sickness cast per short rest.
I'm using the combo now at level 8 and it's insane to be able to cast something as simple as Acid Splash and lock enemies down

Combos with the Aspect of the tiger at level 3 which deals bleed on hit to multiple targets
Tested with Acid Splash cantrip-- this passive still maims even if you don't deal damage to the target, as long as they're poisoned and you're threatening damage against them
Probably a bug though, so i wouldn't get used to abusing it

Tested this, and the toxin goes away after you take a long rest.
Also just realized and confirmed from testing-- if you dip your weapons into a pool of Simple Toxic (Easily created by Chromatic Orb: Poison), then you can deal poison on hit and it lasts forever! Very effected with ranged options like the Hand Crossbows
You dont need to be raging to proc this passive-- so you can multiclass into a spellcasting class that deals with poison and just perma lock enemies down!
Stink Cloud's 'Nauseous' debuff that is inflicted also counts as Poison. Drop the cloud, then cast spells or shoot ranged damage and they will never be able to move!

Also combines really well with Spiked Bulb and Scrap and Shrapnel Grenade. Locked an entire combat down and we never even got to see what the main boss could do :).
I'm going to find it really difficult to not include a Wolverine build in all my playthroughs!
