This might make you slightly beefier on paper, but you wont *feel* beefier. All classes aside from wizard will still have more life, and it doesn't have enough impact to change how the sorcerer is played.

To the anon below me - it should.
Draconic Resilience for +1/ sorc lvl
Gold Dwarf Racial for +1/lvl
and Tough for +2/lvl should all net a total of +4 hit points per level. So a 12th-level Gold Dwarf Draconic Sorcerer should have +48 hit points.

Does this stack with dwarven toughness for +2 max hit points each level (assuming you put the levels into sorcerer)? Or do you only receive a +1 hit point per level?
This is a nice buff, its not mind blowing, but its help.
