It's important to note that as it is currently implemented quicken consumes ALL bonus actions not the stated one action, so if you have more than one bonus action from say thief or the hat that give you a bonus action on fire damage then you loose both to the quickened spell. It's still possible to cast a spell, consume a pot or disengage then cast a quicken spell, but if you do the quickened spell before the bonus action you lose both actions. It's also not possible to dump three spells in a turn, which is what I was hoping for with the hat, so meh. I'm not sure if this is a bug or working as intended.

Honestly because you can use this to cast two leveled spells it’s a lot better than the lame bonus action cantrip it gives you in tabletop. That was always kind of a stupid rule anyway.

I can 't seem to find the "Quickened Spell" in the game. I only got 4 other options as Meta Magic.

Can this be used in bg3 to cast more than one leveled spell per turn? Because the spellcasting rules in 5e state that you can only follow up a quickened spell with something like a cantrip instead of a regular spell...

Do I cast quicken first, then the spell, or the spell first, then quicken?
Does it stack with thief's ability to get another bonus action? Like, for example, a Warlock 5 /Sorcerer 4 / Thief 3 build would work with multiple castings of Eldritch Blast?
And how does this work with Fighter's Action Surge? Do i get the bonus actions back as well, being able to cast 2 times, cast action surge, then cast another 2 times?
