Worthless. I know it's based off of 5d but this could have and should have been something more fitting with open hand's unarmed strikes theme. E.G. "Consecutive unarmed strikes against the same target in the same turn gain +1 to attack and damage rolls" or "Your flurry of blows now attacks 3 times instead of 2" or "Critical attacks made with unarmed strikes deal additional damage equal to your wisdom modifier and restore 1 ki point." Anything but this.

This is why you leave monk at lv 6 and multiclass, 1 or 2 fighter for heavy armor, 6 monk open hand, 3 thief and travern brawler as feat, enjoy 6 attacks per round dealing 20+ damage each with 95% to hit and perma stun.
If you use your mind flayers powers + haste is 12 attacks per round, you can kill a dragon in a turn or 2.

Until the spell(effect) ends, any creature who targets the warded creature with an attack or a harmful spell must first make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature must choose a new target or lose the attack or spell. This spell doesn’t protect the warded creature from area effects, such as the explosion of a fireball.
If the warded creature makes an attack or casts a spell that affects an enemy creature, this spell ends.
A free Lv1 Cleric spell gained on long rest, and lasts until lost.
