How about adding in an actual enemy type to have as a favored target. Would make my Goblin Slayer build much more exciting!

Giving them a possible cleric cantrip without even an option for druid ones is down right bonkers.

Yeah a little lacklustre needs to be inexpensive that boosts light and medium armours to help the dex based rangers

A crappy spell, a crappy cantrip an average fairly conditional passive or A massive AC buff via heavy armor.

Bounty Hunter and Ranger Knight are the two standouts, investigation is a common skill and the free heavy armor proficiency is useful depending on your build.
I would consider the other ones based on the skill they give, they other abilities are situational at best. You almost always have better uses of your action than casting a cantrip, and you usually want to concentrate on something like Hunter’s Mark than a defensive spell.

bounty hunter is good, but the rest seem like the need a bit more. being able to force disadvantage is AMAZING, but the rest take up your actions or concentration, without bonuses.
4 almost useless variants, it has to be reworked.
Cantrips cost an action so attack will be always prefered;
Ranger supposed to use dex for attacks, so heavy armor barely can be used,
Spells have concentration tags, just as Hunter's mark. Maybe sometimes we can choose Ensnaring over Mark for better control, but protection from evil seems worthless
