Does this feat prevent the Prone condition from eating your actions?
As of this post, Prone will remove ALL of your actions (if you have multiple through haste or bloodthirst for example) but won’t cost any movement. It doesn’t seem intentional as the Prone tooltip says it should be costing movement but it’s been a issue for years now during EA.
