If you successfully convince Lann you're a capable warrior (it helps if you killed Dror Ragzlin), he gives you a discount. As far as I know, Lann is the only merchant in Act II who sells and restocks Potions of Angelic Reprieve. He's unavailable after you defeat Ketheric, so I recommend stocking up on those with level-up refreshes beforehand.
If you show grit in your first impression with him and prove you are a warrior worthy of his best equipment, he will automatically be boosted to 100% attitude.
