If you kill the titan by reducing its intelligence to 0, it doesn't drop the bow :/

What is the saving throw on the guiding bolt effect? How high and witch one?
- Anonymous
The bonus radiant damage from Bolt of Celestial Light does not appear to have a cooldown. You can unequip and reequip it and the buff will persist

Unfortunately the DC for Guiding Bolt can't appear to be changed via things like Arcane Acuity, making this bow incredibly MEH. If it could be effected by modifiers, this bow could have a whole build revolve around it.

can you still get it if you blow up the foundry quitely or nah
- Anonymous
does anyone know how long for radiant dmg buff after using the skill?

FYI the damage stats on this page are totally wrong, it only does [1d8+3+dex modifier], whoever added the part about acid and necrotic damage is mistaken, those values are bonus damage from other sources

So the bow you find on some random merchant in Act 2 scales off strength, but the bow dropped by a literal Titan scales off dex? My day is ruined and my disappointment is immeasurable

Works great on Halsin. He already has the long bow prof and u just cast it before wildshaping and concentration holds. U can attack like 6 times with the bear. Or if u turn into the fire myrmidon u can even extend the haste.

This bow transforms Rangers into Godlike. I have a ranger hunter for Volley, and 1 for wizard to learn haste. Paired with a rogue fighter with Bhaalist Armor. The rogue goes right into the fray, even with hand crossbows, puts piercing vuln in a group, and volley from the ranger is doing about 40-50 damage PER SHOT. Then if anything is alive, it probably has guided bolt, which gives the rogue automatic advantage for sneak attack. The synergy between these two trivialized tactician mode. Side note, I have a druid with water myrmidons just spamming heals, and I never need to rest! Ever! Cleared the entire wymrock fortress, including Gortash and 20 steel watch in one fight!

I would like to know what possibly means. not just on this weapon but on others too. For me possibly sounds like either: yeah it works every few hits (somewhere in the 30-40%), or its a once in a playthrough experience with 0.0005% chance to activate

Does it only inflict the Guiding Bolt debuff, giving Advantage, or does this have a chance to launch an actual f*cking Guiding Bolt?
Also what is the difference between regular Haste and Celestial Haste?

i think titanslayer with strength is better. it already hit +5 with 18 strength

3rd playthrough and not dropped by the titan, in fact the titan didnt dropped one single item.

Strange but this bow works the best on some sort of caster like bard.. Tried it on my Rogue and i think Dual crossbows is better.

the lethargicless haste is the best thing about this bow, otherwise pretty meh
