Rhapsody is one of the Daggers in Baldur's Gate 3. Rhapsody is a very rare dagger dropped by Cazador Szarr. In BG3, each type of weapon has different ranges, damages, and other features (Finesse, Versatile, Dippable, etc.). Characters need to master certain Proficiency before using a weapon, and sometimes gain special Actions while holding it.
Cazador's love of poetry arose after he read one on the naked stomach of a dead child in his homeland. The child was hung from the lowest branch of a tree. Cazador read the poem, and looked at the child, and he knew that here was the artform for him.

Does Scarlet Remittance and Sweet Bloodletting works if you are dual wielding and this weapon is off-hand?

Does bonus to Attack Rolls include spell attack rolls or only weapon attacks? Description mentions Spell Save DC, so I don't know.

can be charged by destroying food if you cannot find any chest, easiest way is just throw to destroy them with bludgeoning dmg.

When you get 3 stacks of Scarlet Remittance, you gain a bonus action called Scarlet Feast that reads: "If you have a +3 bonus from Scarlet Remittance, consume it to empower yourself in combat. 1 Turn, Long Rest".
When consumed, you get a choice between Scarlet Saturation (next attack is autocrit) or Scarlet Stupor (hostile creatures have disadvantage on saving throws vs your spells). Both are listed as 2 turns, Long Rest.

Scarlet Remittance seems to proc when you destroy barrels and furniture.

very powerful dagger for all manner of ranged classes. +3 to attack rolls, +3 damage and +3 to spell save dc, and you keep the buff until long rest. arguably a better 'staff' than most staves in the game and best-in-slot for dual crossbow builds

Is Scarlet Remittance permanent, or to be activated each combat?

They seem to have patched getting stacks from inanimate objects, you know have to actually kill enemies
