hello everyone, for the +d6 psych it is an ability of Kar'niss. the sword keeps this +d6 until the next long rest. if you want to keep +d6 psy, you must send your weapon to the camp storage box every long rest

this also has +1d6 psychic damage or at least in the playthrough i am in now it does.

I can't get this to do poison damage. I have tried against entangled, enwebbed from spells and also from the weapon skill; drow main, drow hireling and another save.

Does this apply for half drow's? Wont lie the full male drow elves are ugly as ****

I don't get why this one doesn't have "finesse" when Larethian's Wrath and Phalar ALuve has it..
It would have been nice on a GLoomstalker or Gloom/Assassin... and made sense lorewise..

I checked the combat log - it does not apply the poison damage if you are a half-drow.

does its Ensnaring Strands work with ranger lvl 1, bounty hunter?

Does this half to be a full drow? Or does a half blood drow work too?

Yeah I had the same experience as the other two commenters Initially it had 1d6 psychic and then it went away, I was not paying a lot of attention to when precisely, but I did long rest between getting it and loosing the 1d6 psychic damage so that could be it.

After I picked it up it also had 1d6 pych dmg, but the pych damage went away after a long rest for some reason

I wish any drow was proficient with this weapon, but they are only proficient with shortswords and rapiers by default
