Splinters of a Giant's Might

Club of Hill Giant Strength is one of the Simple Melee Weapons in Baldur's Gate 3. In BG3, each type of weapon has different ranges, damages, and other features (Finesse, Versatile, Dippable, etc).  Characters need to master certain Proficiency before using a weapon, and sometimes gain a special Actions while holding it.

 

Though this rotting chair leg doesn't look like much, every splinter vibrates with barely-contained power.

      It is useful for boosting STR based skill checks - such as the everloving shove and jump. A mage with pitiful STR can suddenly jump a lot further when equipping this, and has a better chance at succeeding when shoving someone. And they can carry more loot. Though it's better to just send the loot to camp.

      • I think I'd broken every single stool, including the hidden higher flood, and I've found nothing. Could you be more specific or give us any other hint?
