Crimson Mischief is one of the Shortsword Weapons in Baldur's Gate 3. Crimson Mischief is obtained together with the Bloodthirst which is the weapon that Orin is wielding with her other hand. In BG3, each type of weapon has different ranges, damages, and other features (Finesse, Versatile, Dippable, etc.). Characters need to master certain Proficiency before using a weapon, and sometimes gain special Actions while holding it.
When she was a girl, she toyed with nastiness and sadism, children often grow out of his; they get hobbies. For Orin, that taste for cruelty fermented, and in a way she did find hobbies. Ones that screamed.

very strange, i think its a bug.
Prey Upon the Weak: This weapon deals an additional l~4 Piercing damage against targets with 50% of their hit points or fewer. ---- not working, i tested many times in both hands, never plus 1d4 dmg when enemy has 50% or lower.

After some testing: Crimson Weapon does not stack with the Two Weapon fighting style or items that give the same effect. But just like the fighting style, it counts your range off-hand. So if this will be your main offhand weapon you don’t need any other skill or item to add your proficiency bonus.

Any correct info for the off-hand ability 'Crimson Weapon'? I thought it just adds Abil Modifier one more time but it isn't...

After testing, it seems like the additional 7 piercing damage when attacking with advantage only applies to attacks made with the weapon
When equipped in the main hand, Redvein Savagery doesn't give +7 damage to offhand attacks made with advantage (as mentioned in an earlier comment). However, it *does* give +7 damage to any Sneak Attack bonuses that trigger from main hand attacks, for a total of +14 damage to such attacks.
