Does anybody know if the damage increases with druid levels or character levels?

Can't you just grab 1 level in warlock to get hex:con for extra dmg for this plus a boost in chance to hit with it? Seems like the best way to make use of this reaction.

Doea this count as an opportunity attack? or are reactions and opportunity two different things?

Once the spores are activated, do they damage every round that is the Druid's turn? eg Combat is initiated, the Druid begins melee combat and activates the spores along with symbiotic entity (which does its damage) and chooses to melee attack. All team mates and enemies then have their turns and its the Druids turn again. The Druids activated spores and symbiotic entity damage the melee enemy again and again gives it combat bonuses to the melee attack and everything else etc. If the answer is yes for 10 minutes it lasts, how long is 10 minutes during a turn based combat scene?
Phalar Aluve Shriek adds its thunder damage to this because of course it does!!! It's far from game-breaking but very nice early on particularly in solo runs where Act 1 can be a slog.
