- Repulsor can be unlocked by the following classes:
- All Classes can unlock this power if you tell Omeluum about the parasite.
- Doesn't work anymore for Current Build of the Game since you get Survival Instinct instead (confirmation needed).

Anonymousit got unlocked for me a lot earlier. My guess is, that it unlocked after the goblinboss hit my party with the attack. While it might not be triggered by this action its possible that any action of this kind used against you unlocks the corresponding action in the skill tree
