As of release, the formula seems to be 2 + paladin level + CHA modifier; my lvl 2 paladin has +3 to CHA and it heals for 7 on initial and follow-up, I played around with the character creator for new characters, bringing CHA all the way down to 10 and the healing radiance is for 3 HP with no modifier, and up to 6 at lvl 1 when I brought it up to 16/+3 CHA.
If my math is not wrong, at max CHA this can heal up to 19 (with full 12 levels of paladin and +5 CHA), which is quite decent on its own, but not mindblowing at endgame where characters often have over 100 HP. The usual 2 lvl dip instead amounts to 9 HP healed initially/the turn after, which to me is worth it for the ability to just pick fallen people up and also guarantee that they will be brought back up again in my next turn if they fall again in the meantime (and are still near me).
