Anonymouscan this be used with a weapon in hand such as corellon's grace for the bonuses?

Use action point to do a "unarmed roll + ability proficiency + feat and else" attack, which is exactly the same equation with normal attack, but this is needed before using Ki resonation blast, thus it pretty much takes over the normal attack function.
Does Resonate do anything else other than allowing you to blast them?
