You obtain this from completing Omeluum's potion interaction whether you resist or not in Act 1.
It also seems like you do not get Repulsor at all from this interaction.

Received this after doing one Illithid Wisdom check in the tutorial to save Shadowheart and drinking Omeluum's potion and passing all the checks.

i didn't use Illithid Wisdom on purpose the whole run so i wouldn't get any Illithid Powers, but Omeluum's Potion made me get this. Hopefully there's no story/RP reasons I shouldn't have done it...

I resisted the tadpole during the quest from Omeluum and later noticed I had this with no apparent source, so that's one more testimony to it being from that. I assumed this was a "survive death once" kind of skill, but it doesn't seem to remove itself when it procs, and has a short duration of 3 turns. It seems to instead be "virtual immortality for 3 turns" which is pretty crazy.

If you resist the ilithid with omeluum you get this, if you accept the power you get repulsor.

Definitely seems to be granted by Omeluum quest if you resist the illithid, which seems counterintuitive in a way. Haven't used Illithid power a single time in my playthrough.

Its not limited to cleric, my rouge has picked this up after the Omeluum quest. I've been avoiding using any ilithid powers or taking extra tadpoles etc, seems the quest line (if you save the saving throws) ends up giving you this i think.

Healing effect does not consume the buff; my character was able to survive multiple lethal hits before the buff expired

During Omeluum quest (investigation of parasite) you get access to it. How? Resisting the power of the parasite, is infact equal to using illithid powers. Didnt know that, so I got it. Pretty interesting RP potential, cuz its pretty hidden.

My paladin randomly aquired this power while i've actively been trying to avoid using illithid powers
I succeeded all the wisdom checks but didn't get this, and long resting doesn't get me a dream cutscene either. Can someone help?
