Pretty sure this spell is bugged or just incomplete, you are meant to be able to cast spells and move the illusion, you cannot.
While this spell is not useless the fact this is your "channel divinity" spell makes it really disappointing when compared to other domains.
Perhaps if the summoned illusion was properly invulnerable... and perhaps if it was not a concentration spell.

Best cast when you get a shared turn against an immobile enemy like the act 2 final boss or the bartender from the Waning Moon.

Completely bugged. The duplicity should be immune to all types of damage (examine it), but as soon as it is attacked it vanishes (regardless of what type of damage it took). I tried to make it invincible with the 'Sancutary' spell, but casting it on the duplicity also made it vanish immediately.

Unfortunately the Double is bugged right now. It will disappear at random as a result of a plethora of effects (likely too many to count). For example, though it is immune to piercing damage, it consistently disappears immediately after taking 0 piercing damage. You can try this yourself by using one of your characters’ Pin Down ranged attack on it, and it will disappear immediately.

People often crap on Shadowheart for her Trickery Domain. Due to it not having a faceroll effect like some others. But this ability is so incredibly overlooked by people. Most AoE effects to grant advantage are things like Faerie Fire or ground-based effects. They're all big AoE's that can affect your own party members unless the spell is cast at the onset of the fight with clear space between you and the enemy. The only good abilities that grant advantage once the skirmishing has started are typically single-target stuff. This ability is an exception. It won't negatively affect allies like Faerie Fire or ground-based effects could (enemies can and WILL push you into your own ground effects on tactician difficulty fyi). While also providing a limited AoE advantage effect to multiple targets if positioned well. I'll multiclass Shadowheart into Druid and get Faerie Fire to use at the onset of a fight. But if a lot of targets succeed at their saving through to avoid the effect. Or I simply cannot cast it without hitting my own party or friendly NPC's. This ability is my backup for limited AoE advantage application.

they're not supposed to, it's to give your melee characters advantage on attack rolls

This is a good ability if you play to it's strength and place it when you create choke points to get enemies to crowd into its radius of effect.

This spell gives the illusion that there are two attackers making the same action, providing Advantage to hit chance.

I've never had an enemy actually attack this, they just ignore it.
Two times I’ve had this get cancelled even when the next spell I cast isn’t a concentration spell. Pretty garbage spell to have on your cleric who is the only healer in the game. Could have been fun to play around with but throw withers some coin and respec out of this stupid RP class ASAP
