Unstable Blood is a Feat in Baldur's Gate 3. Feats are special talents or expertise that provide special capabilities to characters. At certain levels, your character will get to choose between an Ability Score Improvement Feature or a Feat. Feats may also be granted to characters as quest rewards.

How to unlock Unstable Blood
You'll need to fulfill the following requirements to unlock Unstable Blood:
- Complete the Test Subject unmarked quest with Araj Oblodra by allowing her to take your blood in the Moonrise Towers in Act II and drink the Mysterious Potion she gives you in Act III.
Unstable Blood Tips & Notes
- When the creature would normally generate a Blood Surface around them, they instead create an "Unstable Blood" surface. This becomes a Fire Surface when it takes fire damage.

AnonymousDoes anyone know if this means your blood pools are flammable or you just explode when you take fire damage?
More of a curse than a "feat" basically anything that deals slashing/piercing and fire damage at the same time ignites your blood for extra damage to you. Doesn't come with any upsides that I can tell.
