This can be very useful in the beta. With the circlet that sets int to 18, any class can have any lv 1 wizard spell without issues to hit. Me, I chose thunderwave for my warlock and it's a blast (pun intended).
Can you learn spells from scrolls if you take 'Magic Initiate: Wizard at lvl 4 as a Thief, for example?
