Magic Initiate: Cleric Tips & Notes

Just a note, tested as of the date of this post:
If, for example, you are a cleric with Healing Word equiped, and decide to take this feat and also equip Healing Word, while it will say the following.
"You already know this spell. This spell is a different version of the one you already know. You will have access to both."
It's clear on how its supposed to function, but as of this message, this is not the case. You will only have 1 version of Healing Word in your spellbook, being the "once per long rest" version, and not the normal spell version.
If I take this as a cleric do i get to choose a cleric spell outside of my domain?
