BG3 Resilient Tips & Notes
- Make sure you choose a Saving Throw you're not already proficient in as it won't stack.
- When your Constitution is an odd number (11-13-15-17 etc.), especially as a Caster, and you need a bonus for your Concentration checks, you can consider getting Resilient (Constitution) to get +4 Bonus to your Concentration (+ all other Constitution) checks + Hit Points equal to your level. Keep in mind that you are not already Proficient in Constitution for this to work. Barbarian, Fighter, and Sorcerer already start with proficiency in Constitution Saving Throws.

AM I GOING MAD OR IS THE PROFICIENCY BONUS APPLIES TO SPELL DC AS WELL??
tested with Crown of Madness at 12 Char Sorc: 10 base +1 Ethel's Hair + 1 resilient Char.
Combat log: 8 (base DC) + 1(Char) + 5 (proficiency) = 14. no proficiency bonus equipment or buffs either.
If this is true, resilient is kind of busted for casters isnt it?

War Caster gives Advantage on "Concentration" rolls for spells that require Concentration, which in return are a part of Constitution ability save.
All Concentration checks are Constitution saves, but not all Constitution saves are Concentration checks. So Constitution save is much more important in general. (Concentration / Saves vs: Poisons / Diseases / anything that effects us physically / many commonly used spells)
Resilient (Constitution) gives your Proficiency bonus as a Bonus to that Ability Score, in this case all Constitution saves.
And through Level 9 to 12 your Proficiency Bonus is +4.
When we calculate, even though with different DC's the effective percentages change, at all times +5 direct bonus to a roll gives higher chance to succeed than Advantage bonus.
So in this case if your Constitution is an odd number (11-13-15-17 etc) especially as a Caster, and you need bonus for your Concentration checks, you might want to considering getting Resilient (Constitution) rather than War Caster feat.
You will both get +4 Bonus to your Concentration (+ all other Constitution) checks + Hit Points equal to your level. Even though you will miss out on Shocking Grasp as a reaction on Attack of opportunity from War Caster feat, what is your caster doing next to enemies in the first place, right? :)
Make sure you are not already Proficient in Constitution already for this though. Barbarian / Fighter / Sorcerer already starts with proficiency in Constitution Saving Throws for example.

Is this or Warcaster a better choice for druids maintaining concentration?

I've been reading stuff online and some people believe this is the new warcaster feat because shocking grasp sucks and you can already cast spells without a free hand
Obviously spellcasters (other than sorcerers) get this on con but it's also Incredibly valuable on a dex fighter because you want dex for your attack rolls, but you also gain proficiency with dex saving throws which are the most common saving throws in the game. Since you start with 17 max in one stat, get this and then ASI for easy 20 dex.
