kind of a waste isn't it? you can get several gloves that do something similar by this point WITHOUT needing the critical hit.

Stacks with bonus from Potent Robe and Necklace of Elemental Augmentation and triggers, as another source in combat log, Kereska's Favour. With 24 CHA this is 2d6+7+7+4.
Eldritch Blast criticals (Spell Sniper feat) also triggers additional damage from Necklace of Elemental Augmentation (not from Potent Robe and Markoheshkir though).
