Anonymousvery useful to throw on a melee character so your spellcasters can hit their spells a bit easier. I’ve been using this late game and it makes shadowheart actually hit sacred flame more often.
These works great with Helmet of Arcane Acuity and the Band of the Mystic Scoundrel, especially on a melee class that have a lot of control enchantment spells like Bard or Knowledge cleric.
