Fleetfingers are Gloves in Baldur's Gate 3. Gloves can be equipped to a character's hands in their designated inventory slot and provide different effects ranging from increased Saving Throws, to gaining Advantage on certain attacks. Even a modest pair of Gloves in BG3 can help a character tremendously, so be on the look out for them, and equip them when you can.

For those saying it doesn't work, it does work but only during combat and after using dash. It pairs perfectly with rogue thief.

Still doesn't work with patch #1. The new jump ability is effectively added (it's redish and shares the same hotkey as dash), but it remains grayed out after using dash and you cannot use it.

For me this item doesn't block the normal jump as mentioned previously, but it simply stopped working: dashing doesn't unlock the special jump button as it should. Somehow it worked fine yesterday...

          • Be careful as this item gives you a new jump ability. If you use your normal jump skill you will not benefit from the bonus action reduction.

The item effect is currently bugged and completely replaces your normal jump ability. This makes it impossible to jump outside of combat with the item equipped, as it requires you to dash first to use. Dashing has no effect outside of combat, even in turn-based mode, so you must unequip the item to restore your ability to jump while exploring.
