At first glance, these seem objectively worse than the Hellrider's Pride gloves, which do the same thing on ANY healing, not just LoH below 50%. However, these are found rather than purchased, and I don't know how the duration of the effect stacks up
i think this item's been patched on release version or put elsewhere.
