Had some fun with this on a warlock Tav. Attackers become shocked and have disadvantage on dexterity saves, then hit them with Hellish Rebuke as a reaction so they have disadvantage on the saving throw. Use The Spellsparkler staff to get lightning charges. May not be the best use for a warlock spell slot but it was neat to see those Hellish Rebuke d10s hit for full effect more often then not.
