Armour of the Sporekeeper is a Light Armor in Baldur's Gate 3. Armour of the Sporekeeper is a very rare Light Armor sold by Mystic Carrion. Light Armor can be equipped to a character's body in their designated inventory slot, providing AC and sometimes special effects. Although heavier armor usually provides more protection, keep in mind they may also hinder your characters' spell casting.

RIP this armor. Patch 6 made it "work as intended" which ironically just makes it too much of a hassle to be worth it anymore. Back to stealing + endless haste potions for me.

Does haste spore haste enemies as well. The wording indicates it does

PSA: If you unequip and re-equip this, all the spores come back and the clouds last until the end of the battle. It's not even once per short or long rest, as long as you do this, it's once per battle. This armor single handedly puts Spore Druids on the map and is one of the best armors in the game. You can cast an AoE Haste on your entire team (including summons) every single fight.

Long rest limit on Spore Sacks skills is a bit misleading: each time you recast Symbiotic Entity, you get all the casts back. Technically 6 uses of each skill per long rest if you're not having a bard around.

light armor its a problem? I think not. Look with 3 feat u can do 18 dex 14 con and 20 wisdom. Its 17 AC without cloak and boots = 19 AC. Ohhh wait, i forget about 44 temp hp u have on 12 lvl. 21 AC have best heavy armor in the game without dex mod = 23 AC. And u still spellcaster with all 6 lvl circle of spell. So light armor ITS NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL.

really cool armor and skills but the limit of one use of each spore per long rest really kills these if it was atleast a short rest it would be 100% better, if only spore druid actually used spores normally like this or at the least let us spend a fungal infestation charge to summon one of these spore patches instead of a zombie

It doesn't give me the ability to use these extra spore types? I've got symbiotic entity active and I'm checking all of my hotbars....
level 11 circle of the spores druid, on the sidebar I only have the regular "spreading spores" bonus action

Okay listen. Barbarian 5 - take the path that allows you to throw as a bonus action. Tavern brawler as feat 18 str
Rogue 4- for a feat/lvl3 thief for two bonus actions. ASI for 20 str
Druid 3 for spore keeper version. Equip this armour.
Equip Nyrulna legendary trident that returns after throw
Step 1. Mushroom mode/rage
Step 2. haste spore.
Step 3. Enjoy throwing a
1d8 + 3d6 + 13 damage missile 6 times a turn.

"Malefic Funghi: The wearer gains a +1 bonus to Spell Save DC and when dealing Necrotic damage, they deal an additional 1 Necrotic Damage." What is 'they' in this context? Is it any time the wearer deals necrotic damage, or any time the wearer's spells deal necrotic damage? In other words, does affect Monk's Manifestation of Harm or Spore Druid's Symbiotic Entity? Is it worth it for a spore druid monk build or should I look for a better robe?

Wish could manipulate spores like this without the need for a piece of gear.

This armor is incredibly powerful. Haste spores give you an AOE haste as a bonus action which pairs nicely with Call Lightning. If you have another caster with create water as the extra action haste spores gives you, have them cast that and then have the spore druid do two call lightnings.

This armor is bugged. The spores that you gain from it do not add your correct Spell Save DC when you use them.

Sadly isn't medium armor despite being made for the sub-class that is meant for close/medium range and extra bulk

I feel like Larian is trolling us by making it light armor.
people crying about this being light armor need to stack more dex
