Ok, so I have it on my MC and it seems as though it is not working properly. It says that it gives a +1 to dexterity saves and checks. That means that it should provide a +1 to stealth checks technically as stealth is a dexterity check It does not seem to be applying. I compared it to the drow studded leather which specifically states that it gives a +1 to stealth checks and my stealth goes from 12 (with the hide armor +2) to 13 (with the drow studded leather armor). Seems a bit....odd to me. Perhaps the armor's properties need to be clarified?

Balance: Gain +1 dex ST and checks
I don't see my checks modifiers' change in the character sheet, also when you try to roll stealth, math doesn't show a +1 increment on the roll vs DC. So unless this is something related to other checks (dunno which though) this benefit doesn't apply fully.

TL;DR: balance works for saving throws not dex skill checks.
