Flawed Helldusk Armour is a Heavy Armor in Baldur's Gate 3. Flawed Helldusk Armour is obtained by talking to Dammon at the Last Light Inn in act 2. Heavy Armor can be equipped to a character's body in their designated inventory slot, providing AC and sometimes special effects. Although heavier armor usually provides more protection, keep in mind they may also hinder your characters' spell casting.

Flawed Helldusk Armour Notes & Tips for BG3
- Dammon will craft the armor using any leftover Infernal Iron you have once you succeed in cooling down Karlach. He will also create the Flawed Helldusk Helmet and Flawed Helldusk Gloves given enough resources. Each piece of equipment consumes one Infernal Iron.
Anybody know what kind of save this creates for the attacking enemy? Probs a DEX save?
Guys you can make this this armor and gloves and helmet BEFORE healing Karlach. Just leave karlach at camp when you bring it to dammon. You'll find another infernal metal in reithwin anyway. Why make Karlach wait? To delay the karlach romance scene till right before shadowfell, so that you can relationship both karlach and shadowheart at the same time =D. Look it up on Reddit. Enjoy!

Such a good line; it was worth it to be the best. Dammon is an amazing character for just being a vendor

One of the best looking pieces of armor in the game, shame the actual helldusk armor looks nothing like it.

If you wait until Act 3 to get this it can bug out and you won't receive it. If that's the case you're going to need the UUID to spawn it in, which is "d9863839-e955-47a2-8a06-070f5c3c9541"

Well, is not better than the adamantine armor you get from act 1, but it is a good armor

He comments about not letting people see you using it, anyone know what this is in reference to?

GET IT ASAP... i can't ever get him to make it for me while i'm in act 3 all he wants is to sell me shitty looking armor. clearly ONLY avaailable in act 2

I think it is bugged? I can give it in and get all armour before upgrading Karlach and it only consumes one alloy.

flawed helldusk helmet gives +2 saves vs spells and +1 constitution saves
- Anonymous
flawed helldusk gloves give 1-4 fire damage to weapon attacks or 1-4 necrotic damage on unarmed attacks, doesnt seem to stack with everburn blade though

Same person here i think that Dwarf gave Infernal Iron for passing all skill checks but the Alloy is in a chest past cleared rubble, i recommend just checking the infernal alloy wiki page if your short on iron can possibly backtrack.

You also can obtain at least 2 Infernal Alloy which is different from Infernal Iron but same rewards from helping the dwarf examine the rubble in Grymforge i believe is how i got them but not sure and when talking to the smith he gives 2 dialogue options to hand in either.

Currently, if I try to give Dammon the infernal alloy/iron/metal in Act 3 he will take it and not actually give you the armour - 13/08/2023

This item is definitely "Flawed..", as it can be argued the armor set is heavily intended to be used on Karlach above anyone else. Yet the armor set is Heavy Armor and Karlach can't ever properly use it as Heavy Armor disables the Rage mechanic for Barbarian.
