      Nah still useless. Only activates on damage, so abjuration wizard reducing damage to 0 wont even activate it

        Not useless, playing a frontline Abjuration Mage Tank with Armour of Agathys and Fire Shield: Cold, idea is to output reflect cold damage (with Wet + Wrath Of The Storm from Tempest Cleric)
        These Robes paired with Daredevil gloves allows you to be in melee rage and casts spells at full effect, Arcane Charge adds your Proficiency to your damage rolls
        So upwards to +4 damage, no bad for a build that wants to get hit anyways
