The Spectator Eyes is one of the available Amulets in Baldur's Gate 3. The Spectator Eyes is a very rare amulet that grants the wearer two Necromancy Spells. In BG3, there are two types of Accessories, which are Rings or Amulets. Once equipped, these Accessories may give the character certain bonuses, such as new Spells, resistance against certain kinds of damage, bonus AC, an increase to an Ability Score, or more.

Doing my second play through now, and for some reason, the amulet didn’t drop this time. The only thing that changed from my first was Dhourn having survived the encounter. Could be a bug? No clue.

It's not a good necklace. Wounding Ray does only 2d8 damage with CON save. Literally outperformed by a cantrip on lvl 5. Ray of Fear frightens a target for 2 turns.

I've found that if a PC doesn't kill the spectator then it won't drop the amulet. Very sad, had to save scum until I got the killing blow.
Didn't drop for me. I redid the fight a couple times because the drow kept pushing the spectator off the cliff. Annoying because I've seen multiple videos of people looting it off the spectator in the underdark.
