    • You can also pickpocket this amulet straight from the questgiver, who you may meet for the first time in the Basilisk Gate Barracks just after entering the Lower City.

        This is a very confusing item. Ride the wind suggests you should be able to attack with weapons and get +1d4 damage with them, but it turns you into a cloud so you can't use weapons anyway, only an unarmed attacm. I thought the second paragraph, also including the strength check and save bonus, might be a passive effect of the amulet just put in the wrong spot. But there is no damage bonus in the combat log from just wearing it. Can anyone clarify if this works as intended and how?
