Am I missing something, I looked through all the cantrips but there aren't any that deal thunder damage yet this item mentions it specifically

Just a note: The crèche isn't technically considered act 2. It's still part of act 1. Act 2 doesn't officially start until The cursed lands/moonrise area. Not speculation, this is literal fact.

in multiclass, it uses the Spellcasting Modifier Stat of the last Class you chose, so for example, my build right now is 1Wiz, 4Cleric and 6 Sorc, I managed to make Augmentation to use Charisma as Spellcasting Modifier by reseting my class and chose first Wiz at Lvl1 this sat INT as modifier, then Cleric at Lvl2 this sat WIS as modifier, and lastly I chose Sorcerer at Lvl3, this sat CHA as my Spellcasting Modifier even after further leveling in cleric.

Totally busted on Arcane Trickster, as it benefits sneak attack, lightning charges too. We talking 2d10+5 fire plus 2d6+5 sneak and 1+5(or 1d8+5 full charge) lightning on single cantrip with advantage, so it crits twice as often. Add in potent robe and lvl 6 dragon sorc passive to watch world burn.

For those of you looking for synergy with Eldritch Blast and Spellsparker, this necklace doesn't work with them as of the current build.

              Potent Robe does, however.

e.g. if you have 20 charisma wearing Potent Robe with Spellsparker, and cast Eldritch Blast (with Agonizing Blast upgrade) while you have lightning charges, you will see the damage log:
Target was hit for 11-20 Force damage (Damage Roll: X (1d10 Force) + 5 agonizing blast, +5 gregarious caster)
Target was hit for 6 lightning damage (Damage Roll: X... [this part is actually erroneous, it reiterates your damage roll but the damage is always 1+CHA_MOD: 6 in this case])
Target was hit for 5 Force damage. (Damage Roll: 5 Agonizing Blast)

When it procs the damage after 5 stacks it will output another erroneous damage log, but the damage works correctly (1d8 lightning damage +CHA_MOD)

So Agonizing Blast and Potent Robe both add your charisma modifier's damage to your Eldritch Blast and to the lightning charge.

This necklace however, no longer does (it did in a previous build). I thought maybe it still did and was bugged, because sometimes you would see 5 or 7 lightning damage pop up in the damage log, but then I realized it was every ~3rd hit, and that was just the damage proc from 5 stacks of "lightning charge" going off.

TL;DR: get yourself a Potent Robe if you play warlock.

Can someone explain to me why it lists Thunder Damage? To my knowledge, there isn't any cantrip that deals thunder damage. I might just be wrong or blind but I didn't see one that did when I looked and now I want to know if there really is one! (Thunder is cool to me so I would be happy if there was a Thunder damage cantrip...)

This item is currently bugged when multiclassing.

Ran some tests on my Sorc/Cleric/Wizard.

                  Lvl 9 -
                  Sorc(main): 6, Cleric: 2, Wizard :1
                  Spellcasting modifiers:
                  int: -1, wis: +0, Cha: +5
My Elemental Augmentation modifier was +1 damage.

I then equipped the Headband of Intellect, setting my int to +17, which changed my spellcasting modifier from -1 to +3. My cantrip Elemental Augmentation modifier was now +3 damage.

Did a respec and as a level 1 sorc my Elemental Augmentation modifier was +4 (my Cha modifier was +4 at this level).
Then when I multiclassed into a tempest Cleric at level 2 my Elemental Augmentation modifier was +1.

Leveling and multiclassing made me do 3 LESS damage. :(
