The Blast Pendant is one of the available Amulet in Baldur's Gate 3. In BG3, there are two types of AccessoriesRings and Amulets. Once equipped, these Accessories may give the character certain bonuses, such as new Spells, resistance against certain kinds of damage, bonus AC, an increase to an Ability Score, or more.

Is it not better to just let your lightning charges reach 5 and just do the 1d8 damage instead? This seems absolutely terrible, especially considering how much competition there is for the amulet slot. If this had nothing to do with lightning charges and just gave you a flat bonus to lightning damage, I might consider using it.

I am literally playing a tempest cleric with the spellsparkler staff, watersparker boots, and sparkswall ring and it's still not worth taking up my amulet slot. I can't think of a much better situation to use this.

Combo with spellsparkler + blue dragon sorc? Does the damage from spellsparkler still apply? And does the damage from this apply to each hit on eldritch blast?

Cool ideal, but lightning charges already do something similar so this thing is pretty useless. Also on long rest cooldown, yick.
