Fireheart is one of the available Amulets in Baldur's Gate 3Fireheart allows the wearer to gain 2 turns of heat when receiving fire damage. In BG3, there are two types of Accessories, which are Rings and Amulets. Once equipped, these Accessories may give the character certain bonuses, such as new Spells, resistance against certain kinds of damage, bonus AC, an increase to an Ability Score, or more.

      this thing is probably really fun while using karlach's infernal fury, its currently doing double the fire damage you do so maybe you can do some funny shenanigans with this and Araj's explosive blood for free stacks, if you put a band of regen it might help with the heals, or have a life domain cleric to explode her with heals too. overall really sad fire damage seems to be bullied into a corner.

        This is the best necklace if you hate your companion and want them to die a slow painful death. Proc the effect, and enjoy the never ending cycle of fire damage.

          so dumb it works outside of combat so you have to take it off or you will never drop heat and just keep getting fire damaged and stacking up in perpetuity
