If you have tavern brawler, it seems like this bonus is actually added twice when you throw stuff. It's like it counts the tavern brawler extra damage as a second throw.

There is a bug, which causes additional damage to ignore minimal damage requirements for doors and clutter. It will consistently deal 4 damage to chests, heavy doors, whatever, per ANY ITEM you throw, including gold coins. Usefull if you have no rogue in party or don't want to waste tools.

I've paired it with the Returning Pike but I've noticed it doesn't seem to be dealing the bonus 1d4 damage for throwing? is that a bug or... ?

It stacks with GLOVES OF UNINHIBITED KUSHIGO for dual +1d4. Combine with the returning pike for a nice str ranged build

Giving Karlach Tavern Brawler and this ring is absolutely bonkers early. I'm still in act 1 so I don't if the build will scale throughout the game. There's also a weapon when thrown goes back to you.
