Shadow Blade Ring is one of the available Rings in Baldur's Gate 3. Shadow Blade Ring allows you to gain the Shadow Blade Illusion Spell. In BG3, there are two types of Accessories, which are Rings or Amulets. Once equipped, these Accessories may give the character certain bonuses, such as new Spells, resistance against certain kinds of damage, bonus AC, an increase to an Ability Score, or more.

Pretty cool blade, turns sneak attack into psychic damage. Definitely see some broken shenanigans on rogue parried with antiblindness ring and fog cloud cloak.

Odd that they have this spell in the game as a ring without just leaving the spell as a choice in the game?

Combine with Shadow Monk's Shadow Strike and the Resonance Orb's Steeped In Bliss aura (gives you and those near you psychic vulnerability and advantage on melee attacks) to win. Use psychic damage on your unarmed attacks. Open from hidden/invisible with Shadow Strike, if the target is still alive use Flurry of Blows. Use potions/items to give yourself psychic resistance, counteracting the vulnerability on you/your party.
Remember to leave the Resonance Orb in the camp stash every time you long rest or it's buff will disappear.

This is SUCH a good weapon, the only downside being its concentration. really limits what i can do, as getting hit and losing concentration will make the weapon go away, it not a bad balance, though somewhat limiting. might work best on a monk who can use the extra damage, have decent con saves, and not be neutered mid fight if it fails; on account of their good unarmed damage.
This weapon is a great tool, but its got some equal drawbacks.
Flavor and style is 11/10 though,

To get it find Arabella in act 2 (assuming she lived in act 1) near the House of Healing, send her to your camp, do her quest, talk to her at camp, do some other stuff (probably just long rest but i did a decent chunk of stuff before my next rest so i cant be sure), then talk to her again.
Gives you a concentration spell that puts a shortsword in your hand that does 2d8 psychic damage and has advantage against lightly/heavily obscured targets. So the same max damage before modifiers (16) as the Everburn Blade, but can be dual-wielded since it has the light and finesse properties. It lasts until long rest or more likely until concentration is broken, but can be used again after a short rest.
There are 3 downsides to this weapon though, with some ways to negate them: you cant pick which hand it goes to by default (went in off hand when dual wielding for me), concentration could get broken, and if it is like flame blade (havent checked since i just got it) once concentration is broken the weapon that was replaced will not be automatically put back. The first problem can be fixed by casting it before combat and then swapping your weapons if you want. If you have it in your main hand and lose concentration, your off hand will automatically switch to your main hand. This is great for monks that will always have a strong bonus action attack option, but doesn't help as much if you lose it on your character with a shield. You can avoid losing it by having high AC/saving throws obviously, war caster, resilient (constitution), hiding, going invisible (Dark Urge cloak would work great), or whatever else you can think of to avoid being hit. Unfortunately I can't think of a way to negate the 3rd downside.
Overall seems very strong if you don't *need* a 2nd weapon or can consistently avoid losing concentration, assuming you also don't need concentration on anything else. I'll use it for a while on my monk/rogue. You could also go melee spore druid with flame blade in your offhand for 2d8 psychic + 3d6 fire + 2d6 necrotic, but again you would be losing out on all the concentration spells druids have.
Powerful, but make sure you've got a plan for what happens when you blow that concentration check.
