Ring of Feywild Sparks is one of the available Rings in Baldur's Gate 3. The Ring of Feywild Sparks discreetly binds a spellcaster to the capricious magic of the Faerie realm. In BG3, there are two types of Accessories, which are Rings or Amulets. Once equipped, these Accessories may give the character certain bonuses, such as new Spells, resistance against certain kinds of damage, bonus AC, an increase to an Ability Score, or more.

This ring or something similar should've been found in act 1, not in act 3 so you can maximize the class's surge table fun.

Once you activate Tides of Chaos while wearing this item, does it work only once? Or does it proc on every spell?

this game is ****ing stupid, why do you fight the same hag twice? I killed her and all the results of the quest were meaningless and people act like I didn't kill her the first time?

It's not stated, but this ring also gives you +1 to your spell DC. I checked on my (non-Wild Magic) Sorcerer and equipping it boosted my spell DC!
