After Death Do Us Part is one of the available Rings in Baldur's Gate 3. After Death Do Us Part, upon being Downed, the wearer revives with half their hit points restored but falls under the grip of Shadow Possession. In BG3, there are two types of Accessories, which are Rings or Amulets. Once equipped, these Accessories may give the character certain bonuses, such as new Spells, resistance against certain kinds of damage, bonus AC, an increase to an Ability Score, or more.

      You can pickpocket this ring after doing the Quest, and getting the painting if they stay together. She also has like 2k gold and a bunch of random paintings

        This ring looks like it's bugged. "Shadow Possession: Affected entity is possessed by frenzied shadows and will attack the nearest creature. Its weapon attacks deal an additional 1~4 necrotic damage. *cursed* "

        Every time I downed someone they just get back up with half HP. If you down them yourself a battle initiates for a split second but ends immediately. I guess it isn't applying the shadow possession right

          Just figured out how to get this ring in case others are curious (at least I believe I have...) As part of the Save the Artist quest, upon returning to Lady Jannath's Estate to use the Torch of Revocation on the possessed painting... When you confront the ghost down in Lady Jannath's bedroom, I ended up killing her. After killing her, I told Lady Jannath that marriage/relationship advice would cost extra, which resulted in her splitting ways with Oskar and she gave me her 'Til Death Do Us Part ring, then as Oskar walked out of the room, it looks like he drops THIS ring in the doorway on the floor. Its marked as theft, so i had to close the door so Lady Jannath didn't see me grab it. But I've done that a couple times now to test the various outcomes and it seems to be consistent.
