Ring of Arcane Synergy features sharp silver corners, framing an unprecedented gem that's as mysterious as it is captivating. In BG3, there are two types of Accessories, which are Rings or Amulets. Once equipped, these Accessories may give the character certain bonuses, such as new Spells, resistance against certain kinds of damage, bonus AC, an increase to an Ability Score, or more.

Does this trigger with Shillelagh?? Does that count as damaging with a cantrip??

Great for swords bard. Act 3 you get the ring where you can cast vicious mockery as a bonus action so you basically have permanent up time

As of today, this doesn't seem to work properly on my sorcerer. Whenever I cast shocking grasp or ray of frost it doesn't seem to trigger the arcane synergy which is very frustrating. Ring would be great for the build/RP I'm going for but it's very unreliable. Not sure if it's because of heart of the storm but if that was the case it would work on Ray of Frost too? Don't really get what's going on but I hope this item gets fixed.

Seems like it should be useful for an eldritch knight, but appears bugged. Always applies a flat +1 and does not reflect spellcasting modifiers at all, which seem fundamentally broken for eldritch knight at the moment. On the spellbook character sheet it shows a 0 for attack roll and spell save DC, and augmenting your stats doesn't change this. Multiclassing may be the culprit, but at present you're better off with the strange Conduit Ring+expeditious retreat or hex if you're Warlock multiclassed.

Seems as of now when you play a song it activates this rings passive making for easy damage

Dropped by the Gith merchant in the mountain pass region, doesn't seem to sell it, only drops on death. Wonder how many items are also like that
