Killer's Sweetheart is one of the available Rings in Baldur's Gate 3. Killer's Sweetheart is meticulously polished yet bearing hidden traces of blood in its crevices, and tells a story of its violent history. In BG3, there are two types of Accessories, which are Rings or Amulets. Once equipped, these Accessories may give the character certain bonuses, such as new Spells, resistance against certain kinds of damage, bonus AC, an increase to an Ability Score, or more.
Though the ring is highly polished, darkened slivers of blood still cling to small scrapes and corners.

After patch 6. Currently prompts on saving throws of conditions attached to weapons (ie. Hamstring Shot, weapon maneuvers, etc) this however, does not have any affect on the saving throw. This will expend the buff as well.

you can micromanagement it , and use the effect with each of your characters, once for long rest for each character

This ring doesn't work for me at all... No prompt or anything, and the buff just sits there infinitely, with no trigger. I disabled, enabled, ask for trigger, do not ask etc.

I attacked an enemy with 4 hp, knowing I will kill it (min dmg 7), got the prompt, and all it did was turn the killing blow into a crit... Immediately consumed it and did absolutely nothing

Drop Location varies a bit, if you can't find it hold down alt on PC. From just one run through I think it may drop around the area of the last clone that you kill or possibly the clone of your main character.

There's more to it than just doing the trial. You can't get this in a solo run, and there seems to be som kind of condition to get the drop. I didn't get it in the solo run, nor did I get it when I added som companions I've never used to make it a 1v4. My guess is that you need to kill the charater you're romancing to get it, considering it's description.

Very good in combination with weapon, items, and skills that require a crit to function like the Surgeon's Subjugation Amulet for example

the in-game description is misleading. you basically gain a buff upon killing an enemy. until a long rest, you can spend that buff at any time to force a crit. you don't have to use it immediately. after consuming that buff, you can then unequip the ring and give it to another party member to get another use out of the ring. just don't unequip the ring with the buff unspent, because it will go away and that character can no longer reobtain it until a long rest. it's a pretty powerful ring
