AnonymousHalsin gets a unique Cave Bear wildshape ability, but if you respec him to not be a Druid he won't have any Wildshape charges to use it. This item can let you use it even as a non-Druid, for whatever that's worth.

Druid gets almost no items that affect wildshape and one of the few that does is completely worthless after one use for the rest of the game. You can tell almost no testing went into wildshape.

Incredibly bugged item. Not only does it not give the additional wild shape charge, but reduces your wild shape charges by one. Do not use this until it is fixed.

also seems bugged for me, unequipping and long resting dont reset the wild shape effect, going to have to replace for now

Seems inconsistent when it applies. I don't always get the extra charge, but I'll have the Nature bonus.
