      This is good for just about any martial character, not just Gishes. Arcane Acuity appears to raise the DC of just about any effect your character produces, not just spells. Includes Battlemaster Maneuvers, on-hit magic weapon effects, etc. What's really nice is that the magic items that have effects with disappointingly low DCs, and which are not modified by Spellcasting Ability, are actually boosted by Arcane Acuity. Makes these items useful or fun again. E.g., the DC to slip and fall on the ice from the Snowburst ring is boosted by this. Lots of possibilities...

        It just add accuracy to spell , why people think it op ?
        with condition deal damage with weapon attack , that mean...
        1. you play non mage class and every weapon attack get accuracy to use spell
        for paladin smite I guess.
        2. you play mage class and need more accuracy
        your current spell and dc roll already more than weapon roll , how you can manage to hit enemy for this bonus ? 30-40% to hit and enemy with your weapon huh ?
        or you guy use CE to get all stat to 30 , if that case I agree this is op.

        I already prepared for dislike , the truth is pain and you hate it.

          Uncommon? WHAT! This should be LEGENDARY level item. Best in Slot for Bards, specially if multiclass'ed with Thief Rogue and with the Ring of Illusion/Charm cast as bonus action. It is INSANE. My Bard/Thief dual wielding manage to get as much as +9 to DC! INSANE! The highest spell DC of my entire party (10 folks). But while i could get +9 to DC stacked from multi attacks, the buff only remains for max 7 turns (so 7 turns max, plus +9 DC max).

            can confirm this is absolutely broken. playing this /w a dual wielding paladin, after a round of melee you're impossible to save against. I think the individual smites on top of attacks increase the stack as well. juicing an actual full spellcaster with this must be beyond broken, they gotta heavily limit the stacks you can gain

              With collage of swords bard with two weapon fighting and an extra attack, if you land your attacks you gain 6 DC to your spells every turn, so after a couple of rounds, all your spells are impossible to save against. With tasha's laughter you can make any enemy (that isn't immune) prone for 10 turns. Or use hypnosis and lock down huge groups for 2 turns.
