  • The room in which the helmet lies, is behind the vines where the beast with horns stands (Deep Rothé). 
  • You can enter the room directly without doing the quest "Protecting the Myconid".
  • You can use "Misty Step" through the vines. 
  • You can succeed on the perception check, spotting the vine-door, and then use invisibility and open the "door".
  • Using/opening the door while being seen will trigger the NPC's

      You can just click the ground inside the room and your chars will auto climb the mushroom next to the door and jump through the window.

        You can just misty step in and out of the room behind the Ox-like creature (Deep Rothé).
        Also it is a perception check.
