Give this to a PalaMonk wielding a weapon that does fire damage on hit (many ways to achieve that) and every time you Divine Smite with your Action, you get 1 more Bonus Action for your fists that turn... in theory. I know this works with Wrathful Smite from Voss' Silver Sword, but I've yet to try it on a Paladin (though it should be the same logic).

Fun for a Jaheira druid 2h build with flame scimitar, making a decent alternative to Theif 4 for an extra off hand swing.
You'd still want to do martial 5 for an extra mainhand attack probably, but this is pretty serviceable for the Jaheira archetype.

Has anyone found any use for this otherwise awesome hat besides an off-hand attack?
It work with scrolls, my monk shart is happy. Paired well with cloaks that apply wetness as it prevent burn.
