• Location: In a locked chest in a hidden room behind the bookcase in Balthazar's Chambers, Moonrise Towers.
• Location: Found on a table by the Lava Elemental in Sorcerous Sundries. (needs confirmation)

BG3 Coldbrim Hat Notes & tips

• Encrusted with Frost: Affected entity has Disadvantage on Dexterity Saving Throws. When there are 7 or more turns remaining, the entity must succeed a Constitution Saving Throw or take 1d4 Cold and become Frozen (DC 12   Constitution Save). On a successful save, it only takes half damage. Afterward, the frost sloughs away. Removed by Burning.
