      This information doesn't match the in-game description as of Patch 5. Looks like it no longer halves movement and doesn't block outgoing damage, so no good against enemies I guess.

        This spell is so good, you can cast it on enemies and the Save DC is Dexterity which is fantastic against prone enemies. Add Extended Spell on top and you disable an enemy for 6 turns and they don't make any further saves so they can't escape it sooner.
